Over her career, Deb’s worked with the nation’s largest health systems, consulted with 20+ BCBS health plans, and supported the needs of family caregivers 10+ years as Founder of 2 organizations – Nourish for Caregivers and Sagacity.Care.
Her mission is to empower caregivers and equip healthcare leaders with solutions to prevent hospitalizations and keep older adults where they belong: at home.
Her methods center on the family caregiver as an essential partner to the care team – caregiver-informed care.
